Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Assistant to represent our brand at our retail store in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and engaging with customers, presenting products effectively, and driving sales during entertaining the customers.

As a Sales, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, building customer trust, and converting customers into buyers through interactive and entertaining the customers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer Experience & Sales

-Provide warm, attentive, and helpful service to all customers.

-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

-Work towards meeting daily/weekly sales targets.

-Maintain a positive and approachable customer-facing presence.

  1. Brand Representation

-Represent the brand professionally with a neat and presentable image.

-Demonstrate product knowledge and uphold brand values in every interaction.

  1. Store Operations

-Support opening/closing procedures based on shift assignment.

-Handle payment transactions accurately.

-Maintain cleanliness, stock display, and visual presentation of the booth/pushcart.

-Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory checks.

-Ensure safety, security, and loss-prevention measures are followed.

  1. Product Knowledge

-Learn product features, usage, and key selling points.

-Share product information confidently with customers.

-Stay updated with promotions, best-sellers, and new arrivals.

  1. Team Collaboration

-Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.

-Assist colleagues during high-traffic periods.

-Participate in training and development sessions provided by the brand.

-Work closely with marketing team to do content and planing to get or attract more customers to come to the physical store
