Job Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
   
• Develop ad strategies, manage budgets, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPR, CTR, CVR, etc.).
   
• Collaborate with designers to brief and review ad creatives.
   
• Provide campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
   
• Handle multiple client accounts and internal projects with minimal supervision.
   
• Bonus points if you’re familiar with Google Ads, XiaoHongShu (RED), or TikTok Ads.
   

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on Meta ad experience; able to independently run RM10,000+ budgets.
   
• Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of ad metrics and funnel optimization.
   
• Good communication and teamwork skills—can brief designers and explain strategy.
   
• Self-motivated, proactive, and can manage timelines without micromanagement.
   
• Bonus: Experience with other ad platforms (Google, TikTok, XHS) is a big plus.
