Job Description

Job Scope 

• Promote and sell the company’s property projects to potential buyers.
   
• Attend to sales enquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms.
   
• Conduct property presentations, showroom tours, and site visits for prospective clients.
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat referrals.
   
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
   
• Assist in planning and participating in property launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.
   
• Liaise with bankers, solicitors, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales transactions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
   
• Preferably with 1–3 years of working experience in property sales or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
   
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
   
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
   
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
   
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays
