Role Overview

As part of our Business Advisory Team, you will play a key role in supporting financial due diligence and analysis for a range of high-impact corporate transactions. This position offers hands-on exposure to diverse industries, direct collaboration with clients and senior professionals, and opportunities to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and deal advisory.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial due diligence engagements by analysing target companies’ financial performance, quality of earnings, and working capital trends.
  • Assist in performing detailed financial information analysis and preparing insightful commentaries to support various corporate exercises, including mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, and restructuring projects.
  • Prepare and enhance accounting schedules and value-adding analyses using advanced Excel and analytical tools.
  • Review clients’ accounting records to assess accuracy and appropriateness; highlight key findings and propose practical recommendations to the engagement manager.
  • Coordinate with clients and other professionals (lawyers, valuers, tax advisors, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of M&A and corporate finance projects.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
