Job Description
- Raw Material Replenishment: Oversee and execute timely replenishment planning for major production materials including MDF boards, Particle Boards, Foam Boards, raw paper, and impregnated papers.
- Trading Goods Management: Strategically manage supply, stock turnover, and supplier lead times for high-turnover PVC edging lines (buy-and-sell portfolio).
- Consumables Control: Monitor, track, and maintain optimal safety stock thresholds for production and packaging consumables (shrink wrap, bubble packs, strapping belts, PE Foam, and protective films for MFC boards).
- Inventory Optimization: Partner closely with the Production and Warehouse teams to analyze usage rates, prevent aging stock, and eliminate raw material shortages or downtime.
- System Integrity: Maintain accurate data entry for purchase orders (POs), supplier delivery monitoring, and pricing records within the inventory management system.
Job Requirements
- Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in procurement/purchasing, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proven experience handling Material Requirement Planning (MRP) or inventory control frameworks.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
