Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to represent our range of high-quality Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC), High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), and premium PVC Edging products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing showroom operations and assisting customers with product selection. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers. 
• Provide detailed product information and technical guidance on MFC, HPL, and PVC Edging solutions. 
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and design options. 
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales. 
• Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to business growth. 

Product Knowledge & Consultation

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, applications, colors, textures, and finishes. 
• Educate customers on product benefits, quality standards, and installation considerations. 
• Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor products. 

Showroom Management

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. 
• Arrange and update product displays, sample boards, and promotional materials. 
• Monitor stock levels of samples, catalogs, and marketing materials. 
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and follow-up actions. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, building materials, furniture materials, laminates, or related industries. 
• Knowledge of MFC, HPL, PVC Edging, furniture boards, or interior finishing materials is an advantage. 
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and design solutions. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
