Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support & Front Desk Operations: Manage appointment bookings, handle walk-ins, and assist with inquiries to ensure a seamless front-desk experience. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area in line with the clinic’s professional image.
   
• Pre- and Post-Treatment Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms and necessary equipment before treatment sessions. Assist therapists or doctors during procedures when required and provide aftercare instructions to clients.
   
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of skincare products, consumables, and supplies. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in reordering to avoid shortages.
   
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with consultants, therapists, and doctors to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent;
• Experience in an aesthetic/beauty clinic or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay, and Chinese.
• Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented personality.
