Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Help compile and organize supporting documents for auditors (e.g. invoices, bank statements, contracts).
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and working papers.
• Support reconciliation of financial data and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information.
• Ensure files are well-maintained, up-to-date, and ready for audit review.
• Handle ad-hoc finance or audit-related tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and audit process.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least [3 months].
