What are you accountable for? <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key postpaid customers in the Eastern region.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.</li><li>Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and translate them into suitable Maxis Mobile solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, marketing, product development) to ensure timely and successful delivery of Maxis Mobile solutions according to customer needs and objectives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.</li><li>Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to management.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Stay up to date with Maxis Mobile's product and service offerings, as well as industry developments.</li></ul>What do you need to have for the role? <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of proven account management or sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably within postpaid mobile services.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Eastern Malaysian market and customer base.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the Eastern region.</li><li>Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects would be an added advantage.</li></ul>Skills / Knowledge :<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Good written, oral and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills.</li><li>To have an acute sense of business savvy and able to motivate, manage &amp; develop strong partners (business dealers).</li><li>Result oriented with the drive to exceed sales target.</li><li>Good interpersonal &amp; presentation skills with strong client orientation.</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, a candid team player who collaborates with peers to solve problems.</li><li>Confident and professional in representing the company in person and writing.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
