Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The role is responsible for creating revenue stream from sales activity for the wholesale segment based on Maxis’ portfolio of Fixed services. This includes Infrastructure and other relevant products in order to drive growth and meet the market requirements. In short, this role involves in providing customize solutions to drive the sales growth for the relevant products in order to meet revenue targets.

What are you accountable for?

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, and generating leads
  • To drive the sales for wholesale via tactical and long term marketing campaigns, promotions & product bundling geared towards convergence in the wholesale segment in order to meet the revenue targets.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect in meeting sales target
  • Providing  pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations in timely manners
  • To keep track of user feedback, customer satisfaction, dashboards and metrics to measure performance against targets and customer experience and execute improvements where necessary.
  • To work cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and IT for the successful execution of go-to-market propositions.

What do you need to have for the role?

  • Bachelors Degree      
  • Specialised in: Marketing, IT, Telecommunications
  • Total Work Experience: 6-10 years
  • Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years
  • Good grasp of the wholesale market and its requirements.
  • Strong marketing and business acumen to be able to foresee and address the changing market requirements.
  • Able to think across the business & focus on business needs - demonstrates deep understanding of solutions that could impact the business, and sees applicability of new, current, or emerging functional solutions to address current business issues.
  • Has the capability/ skill at adjusting to the changing situations and overcoming obstacles - takes a broad business perspective to problem solving, leveraging depth and breadth of expertise to contribute to solving complex organizational and functional business problems.
  • Ability to recognize and meet customers’ needs - champions the customer's needs within organization, overcoming substantial internal obstacles to deliver greater value.
  • Ability to take charge and inspire with a compelling vision Good interpersonal skill.
