Summary
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in analyzing and presenting insights on competitor activities, dealer programs, sales incentives, and new market plans. You’ll proactively identify opportunities and risks within your assigned accounts, and propose strategic action plans based on a thorough understanding of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Your focus will be on grooming accounts by location and product, ensuring alignment with distributor priorities and the company’s overall strategic direction.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
Distribution points expansion.
Network expansion planning and prioritization.
Up to date dealer management database
Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel
Timely submission of management reports.
The Fit:
At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Tobacco, Telco & any the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial management, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
Good communication skills and presentation skills
Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
You will base in Seremban and is expected to travel and cover across Negeri Sembilan.
