Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The Brand & Comms Specialist for the SMB segment is a key driver of brand awareness and recognition. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.


The specialist acts as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, translating strategic briefs into compelling creative assets and overseeing all aspects of digital media performance. The core objective is to deliver impactful campaigns that build a positive brand image and drive tangible business growth.


What are you accountable for?

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Serve as the custodian of the Enterprise Brand, ensuring consistency and integrity across all communication channels and materials for the SMB segment.

  • Lead the planning and execution of impactful marketing materials and campaigns, translating strategic briefs into compelling creative assets (ATL and BTL).

  • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with core business goals.

  • Craft compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with SMB customers.


Digital Paid Media & Performance

  • Act as the primary interface between Enterprise Marketing and external agencies for all paid social and search ad campaigns.

  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs for agencies, outlining target audience, objectives, key messages, budget, and desired outcomes.

  • Critically review and provide constructive feedback on social ad creatives and media plans to ensure brand alignment and segment relevance.

  • Oversee performance reporting, regularly analyzing reports from the agency to identify trends and insights.

  • Provide actionable optimization feedback to agencies based on performance data and lead quality.


Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise and manage relationships with creative, media, and BTL agencies and partners.

  • Track campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

Key Working Relationships

  • Internal: Sales, Product, Segment Marketing, Activation team

  • External: Creative agencies, media agencies, BTL partners, and vendors.

What do you need to have for the role?

  • Strong Execution & Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on flawless execution of campaigns and activities.

  • Creative Acumen & Messaging: A strong eye for creative and messaging to ensure all marketing assets and campaign materials are compelling and resonate directly with the SMB audience.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and channel partners.

  • Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of B2B sales dynamics and commercial objectives, with a focus on translating marketing activities into measurable business results.

  • Analytical Mindset: Basic analytical skills to track campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and assist in identifying areas for optimization.

  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter who takes initiative to drive tasks forward, with a strong desire to deliver on business objectives.
