Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this role ensures effective execution of BD initiatives, proposal development, partner coordination, and sales alignment. BD Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping high-value deals, mentoring team members, and supporting long-term growth strategies. What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Strategic Growth &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in key verticals (e.g., Connectivity, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity).</li><li>Build and manage strategic alliances with technology partners, system integrators, and government agencies.</li></ul></li><li>Client Engagement &amp; Solutioning<ul><li>Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions. &nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Market Intelligence &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to business development.</li><li>Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling. &nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Internal Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Enterprise LOB teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and business strategy.</li></ul></li></ul><div></div>What do you need to have for the role?<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).</li><li>5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in telecommunications, ICT, or enterprise solutions.</li><li>Proven track record in closing complex deals and managing strategic partnerships.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital technologies and enterprise transformation trends.</li></ul><div></div>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strategic thinking and commercial acumen</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach</li><li>Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
