Key Responsibilities
- Own the capability program lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are planned, designed, delivered, reviewed, and continuously improved.
- Design structured learning experiences by translating business priorities into clear agendas, session flows, and engagement formats.
- Manage the enterprise capability calendar, aligning program timing with organisational priorities and coordinating communication across stakeholders.
- Lead participant communication and coordination, ensuring sessions are clearly briefed, professionally organised, and smoothly executed.
- Facilitate and host programs, acting as trainer, facilitator, or emcee where required, and confidently guiding session flow and transitions.
- Drive learning effectiveness, implementing knowledge checks, assessments, and engagement tools to measure retention and uplift.
- Translate insights into improvement, working with content owners and speakers to refine design and delivery based on feedback and data.
- Maintain program branding and professionalism, ensuring consistent tone, materials quality, and delivery standards.
- Work closely with the Capability Analyst, delegating operational execution while retaining ownership of program quality and impact.
