What are you accountable for?
Set and drive individual sales targets with each assigned partner.
Develop partner business plans; review weekly and course-correct fast.
Act as coach and trainer: deliver high-impact monthly sales training and portal proficiency sessions.
Execute aggressive “Go-to-Market” activities: roadshows, seminars, and customer workshops with partners.
Collaborate on closing high-value accounts side-by-side with partners focusing on solutions especially DIA.
Capture market intelligence: competitor moves, pricing trends, and emerging tech; feed insights to HQ.
Engage partners weekly on pipeline reviews, motivation, and performance tracking.
Act as partner champion internally — remove obstacles, fast-track support, and recognize wins.
What do you need to have for this role?
Bachelors Degree, Specialized in: Sales and channel management.
Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years in channel management.
Candidate need to have an acute sense of business savvy and able to grow and develop strong channels.
