Job Summary
The role is responsible for collaborating with Channel and Region stakeholders to develop effective execution plans that align with our channel's goals.
This position will work closely with stakeholders to translate channel ambitions into actionable plans and drive channel productivity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining financial discipline.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing channel strategies, driving dealer behavior, and ensuring the channel remains competitive and aligned with business goals.
What are you accountable for?
Design and execute trade incentive programs for the MEP channel, aligning with strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, conducting post-campaign analysis and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Monitor competitor incentive programs and industry trends, recommending adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with Finance and GTM teams on budget forecasting, financial reporting, and cost-control measures.
Oversee accurate and timely incentive disbursements, resolving payout discrepancies and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Partner with regional teams to tailor national programs to local market needs, providing performance analysis and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years’ experience in similar area.
Proven experience in designing and managing incentive programs, preferably in a telecommunications or retail environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with dealers, regional teams, and other stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
