What are you accountable for?

  • Be part of Managed Services Operation Centre Team operating on 24 x 7 hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system software and system management tools.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/service request (call, e-mail etc.), resolving and closing it within SLA.
  • Prepare monthly managed services report.
  • Provide regular status update.
  • Perform monitoring (serving as NOC functions) for health and utilization status of systems and compute resources, network and security devices, and system availability.
  • Perform 2nd level troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners and other IT personnel in trouble shooting and problem resolution.
  • Proven ability to multi-tasking, prioritize tasks assigned and deliver results in a timely manner in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and timely problem escalation to management, vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other works as instructed when required.
