Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible to complete daily reconcile between customer collections received and the bank account. You will also be required to take follow up actions to resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
· Perform daily subscriber collection reconciliation using MS Access and Excel·

- Follow-up with internal and external parties to resolve reconciling items timely

· Identify and report any suspicious fraudulent collection activity to the Team Leader
· Completion of month-end or year-end activities within timelines set

- Trending and dashboard reporting for subscriber collections


Qualifications:
· Degree holder in Business Administration, IT, Finance or related field
· At least 1 year experience in doing complex reconciliations
· Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Has strong knowledge of Phyton, Power BI to create collection trend dashboards
· Experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
· Confident, self-motivated and proactive individual
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Customer service oriented and has good interpersonal skills
