What are you accountable for?

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify, engage, and perform due diligence on potential partners to drive new business opportunities for Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and other strategic partnerships.
  • Design and execute comprehensive strategies for partnership development, ensuring measurable increases in revenue, market share, and brand visibility.

Negotiation and Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize high-value contracts with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Act as a key negotiator to drive cost savings and value-added deals for Maxis.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, develop, and implement promotional campaigns with DCB partners and merchants, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, swiftly addressing any irregularities or deviations to meet objectives.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to analyse performance, extract insights, and recommend future improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, IT, marketing, finance, legal, and customer service teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of solutions across internal systems and processes.
