Reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility, this role will oversee the development and delivery of Maxis eKelas Usahawan, Maxis’ flagship CSR entrepreneur development programme.  Working in collaboration with partners and key stakeholders, your primary objective is to equip MSMEs and youth with the knowledge and skills required to digitise and expand their business.

What you will be doing?

• Programme Management: Lead and manage the development and implementation of Maxis eKelas Usahawan programmes consisting of (1) Accelerator Programme, (2) University Challenge, and (3) Digital Marketing Workshops that are designed to empower MSMEs and youth with key digital skills.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track, measure, and communicate progress and outcomes to illustrate programme impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery in line with project scope.
• Community Building: Nurture a community of entrepreneurs among programme alumni to ensure continued learning and sharing of experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ministries, government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners.
• Volunteer Engagement: Mobilise and involve Maxis volunteers in programmes and activities.
• Training and Facilitation: Where necessary, deliver selected training sessions on entrepreneurship development, digital marketing, and AI adoption to entrepreneurs and youth.

What do you need to have for this role?

Work experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, project management, and/or as an entrepreneur

Skill / Knowledge

• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in managing complex results-driven programmes/projects
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
• Experience in managing or delivering entrepreneur development programmes will be an advantage
