Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

This role is to manage, maintain and enhance Maxis’ Dealernet to ensure DealerNet lives up to business direction and allow agile customization. This role exists to primarily ensure that all enhancements, changes and other adhoc requests are analyzed, designed, developed, tested and delivered on time. This role contributes to the division through the understanding of business rules, key requirements, system specifications and time management to provide solutions for Dealers and Maxis internal users to achieve the planned results.

What are you accountable for?

• Providing solutions to business requirements to achieve forecasted results on a project basis through the understanding of the scope, requirement, business logic and system specifications.
• Maintain Dealernet to ensure system operability for Dealer, Distributor and Retail Operations on a daily basis through the use identifying and solving issues from them.
• Providing raw data / reports to key business stake holders for analysis on project / ad-hoc basis by the understanding of their report requirements.
• Analyze and design system enhancements to meet planned results for key promotions / roadshows on a project basis through discussions with the stakeholders involved.
• Provide systems and technical knowledge to business stakeholders to realize the scope and feasibility on a project basis through requirement meetings and discussions.
• Manage business requirement expectations for specific system enhancements on a project basis by understanding the scope of work to be done, the deliverables and the time required to complete.
• Manage scheduled tasks to ensure data integrity between system on a daily basis by understanding the data, systems and business requirements for the tasks.
• Update Dealernet to ensure that all information is relevant to end users on a daily / project basis by though the necessary communication channels.
• Constantly review and enhance the operation modules in DealerNet to ensure there’s no redundant work of effort spent on similar functionality
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives. Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context.
• Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution deliver.

hat do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, specialized in Software Engineering, Web Development or any related fields.
• 2- 4 years related working experiences in particular skills of ASP, .NET, MSSQL
