The main role of our future team member&nbsp; is to analyze digital touch-points (web and apps), merge&nbsp;with internal data sources in order to identify new and relevant insights and give recommendations to internal stakeholders on what to do to improve our business results. This person is a team player, pro-active and motivated to reach business related targets. She/he will work closely with business users, product owners, marketing communications teams, agile digital delivery teams and tech partners.What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Analyze website, e-commerce and app usage data, combine different internal and external data sources, in order to identify new and valuable insights.</li><li>Formulate recommendations based on these insights</li><li>Calculate estimated business impact of recommendations</li><li>Communicate analytical results clearly to the relevant internal stakeholders to help optimize digital marketing activities, user journey in app and web, e-commerce and web self-care functional developments</li><li>Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations using Google Analytics, Data Studio,&nbsp; Excel and other BI tools</li></ul>What you need to have for this role?<ul><li>Pro-active, action and result oriented, ability to communicate insights based on data in a meaningful, understandable and actionable way</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, time management and the ability to prioritize workload efficiently</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
