  • Identify, assess, and work with external partners and vendors to offer exclusive employee deals, special offers, discounts, and invitations, actively marketing these deals and tracking the savings generated to enhance Maxis’ employee value proposition.

  • Support the design and implementation of employee engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other listening tools to assess the effectiveness of the BYM (Because You Matter) strategy and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of employee experience programmes and services, including sports, well-being, and engagement initiatives, and support the creation of holistic employee experiences that extend beyond work, including initiatives for employees’ families and dependents.

  • Collaborate with HRIT to maintain and update employee experience dashboards, leveraging data and analytics to track engagement metrics, measure impact, and provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decisions and demonstrate ROI of Employee Experience initiatives.

  • Manage, track, and plan the yearly budget for the section, including managing petty cash, credit card administration, and processing weekly sports claims, while governing all claims to ensure adherence to policy and identifying anomalies.
