JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
- - Design and implement end-to-end processes for order fulfilment, service provisioning, delivery management for Fixed line, Mobile and Business Fibre.
- - Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current practices and desired outcomes - Pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce delays, and strengthen delivery performance.
- - Leverage Generative AI tools to automate process mapping, enhance fulfilment and delivery workflows, and accelerate identification of gaps and inefficiencies.
- - Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate system capabilities with business processes. Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors, present actionable findings to senior leadership, and drive change management initiatives
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to accelerate time-to-market and improve customer satisfaction.
- Deliver streamlined, automated processes that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance delivery assurance, ultimately driving measurable business outcomes.
- Drive performance by increasing fulfilment accuracy, reducing provisioning fallouts, and improve
- Turnaround time (TAT) by minimizing delivery delays and strengthen overall operational excellence.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
Formal Education
- Bachelor Degree
- IT Service Management
- ITIL/Service Enablemen
Work Experience
- Total Work Experience: More than 8 years
- Total Desired Experience: 4 to 6 years in Telecommunication/ IT/ Networking
- Skills / Knowledge
- -Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management within the telecom industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Generative AI applications and their practical uses in process optimization
- Preferred expertise in enterprise systems such as CPQ, Kenan, and ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with eTOM framework and its application in telecom operations.
- Ability to blend analytical thinking, process optimization, and domain knowledge to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
