Manage store performance in terms of showcasing products and lifestyle services, and creating buying behavior for customers. To lead, motivate, engage and develop the team to have great service and performance culture. Be a Maxis ambassador who believes that face-to-face interactions play an important role in creating LIKE moments for customers.
