JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
Manage a set of client accounts assigned, consistently identify and develop sustainable business opportunities.
Establish solid client relationship & build strategies and engagement plans to maximise Maxis relationships within agencies to ultimately deliver value to customers, including mapping decision makers & influencers of SABAH government & GLCs and driving deep and win –win relationships .
Pitch & communicate Maxis converged solutions to deliver sales performance to monetise Maxis revenue potential within Sabah Government & GLCs (which has been defined by Maxis). Ensure consistent communications with clients on Maxis latest offerings, solutions and technology updates.
Leveraging world class sales planning tools to optimize the sales of converged solutions which will include ensuring account plans & opportunity roadmaps, while leveraging world class CRM tools for sales planning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, channel team, network etc) in deal engagement & closure, and ultimately orchestrate communication and collaboration between cross functional Maxis teams and customers.
Plan, organize & execute sales initiatives, events, roadshows, courtesy visits, etc.
