Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

1.Take responsibility for driving the expansion of Maxis’ own-built fibre to greenfield residential areas that over both high rise and/or landed properties.

2 Be the primary point contact for nurturing and managing relationships with property developers, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) consultants, Joint Management Body (JMB), Residential Association (RA) and/or Management Corporation (MC).

3 Ability to evaluate feasibility, benefits, risks and financial implications of a projects coupled with intermediate understanding of different stages of FTTx network deployment.

4 Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, legal, product, operations and network to ensure successful deal closure

5 Driving business case approval, including to socialise the project initiatives with key stakeholders, prepare presentation materials and present to senior management.

6 Negotiate, basic drafting and reviewing contracts and/or legal documents in capturing commercial/technical changes from property developer/JMB/RA/MC, including communicate and gain agreement from relevant stakeholders for terms changes.

7 Ensure necessary due diligence processes are adhere to throughout the project in safeguarding Maxis’ best interest.

8 Stay abreast of Malaysia’s property market, population and housing census data by regularly reviewing market reports and publications from major realty firms and financial institutions can offer in-depth analysis and forecasts.
