Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

GTM Strategy & Enablement

• Own GTM readiness for Xi initiatives across all segments.
• Coordinate development and delivery of GTM assets, messaging, and toolkits.
• Ensure GTM materials are timely, relevant, and aligned to execution needs.
• Act as the central point of coordination between Xi, Segment Marketing, and other enablement teams.

Budget Planning & Governance

• Own planning and management of Xi GTM and execution budgets.
• Work closely with Segment Planners to align budgets with AOP priorities.
• Track budget utilisation, identify variances, and flag risks early.
• Support leadership with budget optimisation recommendations.

Cross-Segment Alignment

• Partner with Segment teams to ensure GTM strategies align with segment priorities.
• Drive consistency in positioning, messaging, and execution across segments.
• Bridge strategic intent with on-the-ground execution requirements.

Execution Readiness & Support

• Ensure GTM and budget readiness before execution begins.
• Support cross-regional ERTs by ensuring required assets, messaging, and marketing tools are in place.
• Prevent execution delays caused by GTM or budget gaps.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain visibility of GTM readiness and budget status across Xi initiatives.
• Support regular business reviews with clear updates on GTM and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and financial controls.
