Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

To work closely with sales channel, marketing, product and sales support teams by leveraging based on sales and market insight in leading and supporting overall cross-functional involvement with product team, marketing and go-to-market/campaign planning to ensure that all product and solutions are aligned in SMB segment;

What are you accountable for?
  • To ensure product and solution launch readiness in terms of process, sales and marketing materials and training related materials meet sales channel requirements prior to launch. goals; 
  • Supporting Go-To-Market strategies in developing sales and marketing campaign that drive sales channel in achieving campaign
  • Organize and compile market information through market feedback (sales channel, customer and competitor) and develop postmortem reports that will help with development of suitable solution for the SMB market.
  • Plan and executing strategies and programs to enable our partners, promote channel adoption, drive revenue, and simplify the customer experience and journey.

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant years of work experience in sales or channel management
  • Fundamental leadership skills
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into execution strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise will be an added advantage
