To manage store performance in terms of showcasing products and lifestyle services, and creating buying behavior for customers while driving operational excellence. Be a Maxis ambassador who believes that face-to-face interactions play an important role in creating LIKE moments for customers.What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Apply analytical skills to execute sales and service strategies that guide the retail store team to attract walk-in customers to the store and convert into sales opportunities</li><li>Display entrepreneurial skills by driving change and continuous innovations to deliver company’s ambitions, understanding customers’ needs and market environment</li><li>Focus on career growth and development of the staff by consistently providing support, leadership, mentoring and coaching as a role model</li><li>To create positive performance culture across staff while maintaining high morale and motivation</li><li>Collaborate with surrounding business partners to uplift performance and ensure consistency</li><li>Drive operational excellence by efficiently ensuring quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures</li></ul>&nbsp;What do you need to have for the role?<ul><li>Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent</li><li>Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years in telecommunications or retail industries preferred. Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred.</li><li>Tech savvy and computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
