Are you ready to get ahead in your career?<ul><li>We want to empower you to turn your ambitions into achievements.</li><li>We thrive in inclusiveness, diversity and embrace close collaborations for you to create impact for yourself and others.</li><li>Together, we aim to bring the best of technology to help people, businesses and the nation to be ahead in a changing world.</li><li>To realise our vision to become Malaysia’s leading converged solutions company, we are looking for a new talent to innovate and grow with us in a culture that values commitment, performance and possibilities.</li></ul>Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​Key Responsibilities:Sales Team Leadership &amp; Development:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on the mid-market segment.</li><li>Set clear sales targets, expectations, and performance metrics for the team.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.</li></ul>Sales Strategy &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically for the mid-market segment, aligned with overall company objectives.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target mid-market accounts.</li><li>Oversee the sales cycle for key deals, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for the mid-market.</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management:<ul><li>Work closely with key customers within the mid-market segment to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.</li><li>Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., Product, Support) to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.</li></ul>Sales Performance Management:<ul><li>Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets, pipeline health, and other key metrics for the mid-market segment.</li><li>Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve or exceed sales targets.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<ul><li>Collaborate with other sales teams (e.g., Enterprise, SMB) to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and content for the mid-market.</li><li>Partner with Product Management and Customer Success to ensure offerings meet mid-market needs and to drive customer adoption and retention.</li></ul>Market Insight &amp; Feedback:<ul><li>Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the mid-market segment.</li><li>Provide feedback and insights to Product Management, Marketing, and other teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>8-10 years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably within the mid-market segment or a similar B2B context.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.</li><li>Experience managing and developing a team of sales professionals.</li><li>Strong understanding of the mid-market segment, its challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li><li>Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.</li><li>Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on driving growth in the mid-market.</li><li>Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
