Job Description Summary:
Support the HRBP as a strategic partner to the line/business by delivering HR solutions and programs that address line/ business requirements and which are in line with the company’s overall strategy.
Key Accountability:
Work with the HRBP on the strategic partners to the dedicated business units by delivering effective and the best HR solutions and programs to achieve shared organizational objectives and business requirements.
Enable the creation of business capabilities and help the accomplishment of the business strategy.
Consult with business leaders on organizational design and workforce planning for effective organizational changes to ensure alignment on future talent needs.
Drive talent development efforts within assigned business areas in the planning and implementation of leadership talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans to ensure that the businesses have the right plans in place to develop current employees and future bench strength.
Drive employee engagement and retention plans for the businesses, including the assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address surveys, turnover and workforce issues.
Manage employee relations activities which include employee counseling/coaching, conduct exit interviews, track feedback and trends while providing feedback to business leaders on emerging trends or patterns within the business groups.
Lead and manage manpower planning and resulting staff related cost to enable the company to achieve its Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
Drive and manage the performance management and compensation cycles for the assigned businesses, with guidance from Center of Excellence to achieve direct financial gain, motivated workforce and improve management control.
Provide coaching and guidance to management on issue resolution, corrective action, terminations and various employment topics, including performance management and general HR policies & procedures.
The Fit:
A degree in any field however 3 - 5 years' working experience in HR related roles and other projects actively revolving around people would be an advantage.
Possess strong business acumen with ability to build organization effectiveness through HR solutions and best practices
Ability to effectively engage at all levels of employees with good stakeholder management
Analytical and goal oriented with a drive to see initiatives followed through and brought to fruition
Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics and measurements
Thoroughly enjoy working with people and seeing business results achieved by getting the people strategy right
