Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• To administer and process the incentive scheme and programs for different line of business, which includes prepaid, postpaid, broadband and Service commission for all Maxis’s dealer, call centre and also internal staff’s.
• To ensure incentive schemes and program schemes are accurately compensated for acquiring and retaining customer for Maxis.
• To investigate and analyze dealer’s enquiries and incentive disputes, so that dealer has a clear understanding of what and how it is being paid.

What are you accountable for?

• To understand the requirements of an incentive scheme whereby to ensure that all the required data are available for incentive calculation.
• To configure and perform UAT on the incentive scheme to ensure the output is accurate.
• To extract payment data that is needed for incentive payment on daily and monthly basis in order to prepare a payment request to finance to issue payment to dealer via various channel/mode of payment.
• Liaise with other departments in order to establish the relevant activities and support in relation to the incentive payout.
• Raise Adhoc payment to the dealers as per required by the management on as and when it is required.
• To handle and investigate dealer’s enquiries and disputes that is send in by all the dealer’s so that dealer’s problem will be solved and satisfied with the solution.
• To translate the business requirements into computer logics, by using available tools like SQL script, Python, Business Object and even MS Access so that able to process the incentive more effectively and accurately.
• To maintain and improve the logic of computation and incentive process to cater for changes of business requirements.
• To create and design reports for the dealer and internal requests that requires specific requirements and interpretation of data.

What do you need to have for the role?

• Bachelors Degree
• Specialised in: IT, Statistic, Computer Science
• Total Work Experience: 1 year and above
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
• Familiar with SQL language, Microsoft Access, Advance in Microsoft Excel, Python
