Job Requirements
To apply for the Maxis Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5, or an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1), or WAM 80% and above, or equivalent
- Work Experience: Not more than 2 years of full-time work experience post-graduation
- Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership through participation in extra-curricular activities
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal Traits: Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
