This includes ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiently and resolving any technical issues that may arise.What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Managing all installed systems and infrastructure</li><li>Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system software and system management tools as a member of project implementation team</li><li>Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability</li><li>Plan and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies</li><li>Participate in the design of information and operational support systems</li><li>Provide 2nd level support</li><li>Liaise with vendors, partners and other IT personnel in trouble shooting and problem resolution</li><li>Provide technical consultancy for sales team such that IT infrastructure requirement of projects are successfully met and implemented</li><li>Proven ability to multi-tasking, prioritize tasks assigned and deliver results in a timely manner in a fast-paced dynamic environment</li><li>Proactive and timely problem escalation to management, vendors, partners and customers</li><li>Perform other works (e.g., documentation) as instructed when required</li></ul>What do you need for the role?<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field or industry certifications</li><li>Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging computing trends which include laaS, PaaS, SaaS cloud offering</li><li>Understanding of common database technologies such as SQL Database/Server, Oracle, MySQL</li><li>Experience in Microsoft 365 technologies (MDM, Intunes, Defender, Entra..etc ), AD, Exchange, Teams Calling &amp; Azure Cloud technologies.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skill, technical writing and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to think strategically about troubleshooting and solutions to technical issues and incidents</li><li>Able to show characteristics of passion, dedication and commitment to daily duties</li><li>Willingness and ability to work with teams, ability to build relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style and ability to share knowledge</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
