Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Sales & Business Growth: Partner with sales and service managers to drive new sales and upselling opportunities.
• Presales Support and Solution Design: Understand and gather customer needs, analyze alternatives and develop tailored networking solutions. Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, and cost estimates based on customer requirements. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing solution benefits and capabilities. Assist in preparing responses for bids, RFPs, and other technical evaluations.
• Service Design & Process Management: Develop service design procedures to ensure robust, scalable, and optimized enterprise solutions
• End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to craft high-level and low-level designs to ensure clarity, feasibility and right implementation of solutions, while meeting costs and implementation timelines based on customer requirements.
• Emerging Technology Readiness: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions. Partner and align with Product, Technology & Strategy teams to ensure technical preparedness and successful introduction of emerging technologies based on customer demand.
