Job Summary

This role drives Open Channel dealer productivity by designing & governing channel frameworks, incentive framework mgmt., policies, & dealer elevation paths.

Key Accountabilities

1. Channel Framework Design & Policy Making

  • Act as the guardian for Open Channel frameworks and related policies.

  • Define a structured path for dealer elevation and progression, with clear benefits and expectations.

  • Develop and update governance and operational policies for the Open Channel.

  • Set performance benchmarks, compliance rules, and privileges for productive dealers.

2. Incentive Program Design & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end development of trade incentive programs for Open Channel (Prepaid & Postpaid).

  • Design reward structures aligned with strategic business goals.

  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize national programs for market relevance.

  • Provide regional performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.

  • Support Heads of Region (HORs) with customized incentive strategies, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.

  • Ensure smooth program rollout with clear stakeholder communication.

3. Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and present actionable recommendations to management.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Benchmarking

  • Monitor competitor incentive programs and industry trends.

  • Represent dealer perspectives in internal strategy discussions.

  • Recommend program adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Financial Management

  • Partner with Finance and GTM teams for accurate budget forecasting.

  • Ensure precise financial reporting and accruals for all programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years’ experience in channel management or incentive program design in telco industry, preferably.

  • Strong analytical skills for designing frameworks, incentive programs, and conducting ROI and performance analysis.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement channel policies, governance, and dealer progression paths.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across functions and regions.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and financial management.
