People Services Specialist plays a crucial part in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, workforce administration, and employee benefits programs. Responsible for driving process improvements, enhancing digitalization efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Contribute to the development of our wellbeing programs and the effective management of general expenses and claims for our employees.
What are you accountable for?
Workforce Administration: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining accurate workforce administration records.
HR Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted partner for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and effective resolution of employee requests and troubleshooting issues to enhance employee experience.
Employee Benefits Management: Design, administer, and lead comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, and health & wellbeing initiatives that support our workforce's diverse needs.
Expense and Claims Management (including eInvoice): Oversee the processing and management of general expense claims for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations and timely reimbursements.
Risk and Compliance Assessment: Evaluate and conduct risk, compliance, and security assessments related to HR processes. Develop actionable plans and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to management to mitigate identified risks.
Audit Management: Conduct audits on relevant HR topics to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Policy Development: Stay current with HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and best practices. Proactively recommend updates to enhance organizational compliance and efficiency.
Process Improvement and Digitalization: Assess current HR processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement plans to enhance digitalization, automation, and overall efficiency within the People Services function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital tools for workforce and benefits administration.
Solid understanding of HR compliance, risk assessment, and audit procedures.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
