Responsibilities:
• Reviewing existing policies for accuracy and relevance, identifying gaps or areas where updates are required
• Drafting new policies based on changes in regulations or organizational needs
• Ensuring all policies are accessible to employees via the relevant platform (e.g., SharePoint)
• Providing training sessions for employees on the importance of adherence to policies
• Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with policies
• Identifying trends in non-compliant behavior and implementing strategies to address them
• Collaborating with other departments such as HR and Legal to develop solutions that promote compliance
• Preparing reports detailing findings from audits and progress towards achieving compliance goals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
• Good command of English language (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with policies and procedures
• Excellent attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
