Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

To provide sound business analysis and insights that will support and assist sales team to targeted execution towards optimum sales performance.

What are you accountable for?

  • Prepare & monitor daily / monthly sales performance of all regional channels for all L.O.B.
  • Perform analysis on regional performance and highlight issues and propose remedial recommendation for continues improvement.
  • Preparation of Southern Region strategic initiatives and track progress on the strategic initiatives.
  • Preparation of Southern Region annual Opex & Capex budgets,
  • Perform analysis and monitor the Distribution Points effectiveness and propose remedial recommendation for continues improvement.
  • Prepare & monitor Micro Cluster performance analysis and highlight issues and propose remedial recommendation for continues improvement.
  • Preparation of Business Case / Justification proposals
  • Preparation of all regional Sales Presentations.
  • Assist in regional Distributor performance analysis
  • Oversee and work together with regional RCM and CPMS functions.

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelors Degree         
  • Specialised in: Finance / Marketing
  • Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years
  • Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years in finance / business administration
  • Excellent skill in MS Office/ MS Query
  • Knowledge in any Business Analytical Tool is an added advantage
  • Good Business writing skills
