As a Rewards and Performance Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage the company's performance management and rewards programs. The aim is to ensure these programs are competitive, fair, and effectively drive employee engagement and high-performance organisation.
Key Accountabilities
Performance Management:
Support the end-to-end performance review cycle, including system setup, troubleshooting, communication, training, and providing guidance to stakeholders.
Responsible for developing and tracking goal-setting processes.
Prepare materials and data for performance calibration sessions.
Lead and manage the end-to-end Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process.
Support and lead performance case management activities.
Understand and build case study based on the market information / case for internal education.
Develop case studies based on market information and specific cases for internal education.
Maintain and ensure the integrity of performance data.
Develop and update performance management guidelines, FAQs, and training materials.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding performance processes and policies.
Review and develop performance-related policies and guidelines.
Rewards & Benefits:
Administer and analyze employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave policies, wellness programs).
Support benefits enrollment periods and related communications.
Assist with job evaluation and grading processes.
Prepare reports and analyses on rewards and benefits data.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations pertaining to performance and rewards.
Ensure data integrity and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
Participate in HR projects related to performance, compensation, and benefits.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in performance management and rewards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with legal aspects of HR and a basic understanding of rewards principles is an added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
