Retail Segment Leads are responsible for leading and managing the retail segment of a business. They are responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability. They must have a deep understanding of the retail segment and its customers and be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities. They must be able to develop and implement effective marketing plans, manage budgets, and lead teams. They must also be able to analyse data and trends to make informed decisions.
1 -Develop and execute Shop-in-Shop partner’s strategies to increase sales and market share in partner’s stores
2 - Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
3 - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
4 - Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales
5 - Manage and motivate a team of retail segment sales representative to achieve daily sales target
6 - Develop and implement training programs for retail sales representatives to be able to increase in staff productivity
7 - Driving experiential journeys through personalised campaigns. Build highly satisfied customers base through engagement & conversion with clear action plan & execution.
8 - Day to day coaching to develop and maximize the success and selling potential. Set and reinforce aligned clear expectations. Ensure onboarding and continued training of the sales associate team.
