Detailed Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Maxis's managed security portfolio, aligning with overall Enterprise B2B objectives and Maxis's strategic direction..
• Lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution for new managed security products and features, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify new opportunities, validate product concepts, and inform product development decisions.
• Translate market requirements and business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and development teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualisation through development, launch, growth, and eventual end-of-life, ensuring optimal product performance and market fit.
• Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., engineering, architecture, operations) to ensure the feasibility, scalability, and security of product solutions, acting as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials (e.g., battle cards, presentations, FAQs) to support the sales force and drive product adoption.
• Monitor key product performance metrics, analyse market trends, and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and future product enhancements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for managed security, providing insights and guidance to internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and Maxis's internal security policies and frameworks.
