You will design the frameworks for career growth and organisational structure. This role manages job evaluation, career pathing, and succession planning. You will identify and develop key talent through targeted plans, coaching, and strategic internal placements, ensuring Maxis has a future-ready workforce.
Job Description
Serve as a custodian of the organisational architecture, governing job evaluation to ensure appropriate grading, internal equity, and career mobility.
Develop and maintain the company's skills framework to support clear career pathing, succession planning, and targeted development.
Identify key skill gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to design upskilling plans, including technical, soft-skill, leadership training and coaching, to build future capabilities.
Utilise talent profiling and assessment tools to identify high-potential employees and facilitate strategic internal rotations for capability building.
Design and manage focused development plans for top performers to maximise their impact, tracking their progress and success within the organisation.
Develop and implement targeted strategies to enhance talent retention and engagement, ensuring the success of key employee segments.
Manage the company's coaching and mentoring programmes to support leadership development and targeted employee growth.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to facilitate strategic internal talent placements, balancing employee career growth with business continuity needs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent development or talent management.
Proven expertise in designing customised training and development frameworks to support talent mobility and career progression.
Strong ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance talent mobility outcomes.
Familiarity with competency frameworks and talent assessment tools; experience in job evaluation is a distinct advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organisational levels.
Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, capable of driving collaboration and learning initiatives.
