Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

1. Program Design & Delivery

• Design and deliver structured technical learning programs across evolving technology domains.
• Facilitate engaging, scenario-based workshops that strengthen technical articulation and consultative confidence.
• Translate complex solution concepts into clear, business-relevant learning experiences.
• Deliver confidently to diverse audiences including sales, solution roles, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong professional presence and high delivery standards.

2. Content Development & Blended Learning

• Co-develop learning content with product and solution subject matter experts.
• Structure learning journeys including pre-work, classroom sessions, reinforcement modules, and applied exercises.
• Develop blended and digital components such as microlearning modules, simulations, quizzes, and AI-enabled explainers.
• Continuously modernize learning formats beyond traditional classroom delivery.

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work cross-functionally to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Gather participant feedback and refine programs over time.
• Keep content aligned to evolving technology offerings and business priorities.
• Contribute to strengthening structured technology mastery pathways.
