Job Description

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating quality documentation and reports.
• Support quality inspections, testing, and measurement activities.
• Participate in audits and help track corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality performance metrics.
• Support investigations of customer complaints, nonconformities, and root cause analysis.
• Help with calibration, equipment verification, and document control. l.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in quality management systems and continuous improvement.
