The Global Maybank Apprentice Programme (GMAP) is Maybank’s award-winning management trainee programme specially designed for graduates of today with two-year on-the-job rotations including a three-month international assignment.
As one of the industry’s award winning management trainee programme, GMAP is designed to provide graduates with a strategic platform to jump-start their career. The program is not limited to only graduates from business disciplines but also attracts graduates from a wide range of academic backgrounds.
Journey ahead with GMAP and;
1. Gain a holistic 2-year learning experience with customised on-the-job rotations. There’s no such thing as one programme. Your GMAP roadmap is tailored to your career goals, because we know what freedom is.
2. Engage with your assigned Coach and Mentors for bearings in your career throughout your GMAP journey.
3. Explore and enhance your leadership style in group-wide special projects.
4. Fly to any of our regional offices for cross-border exposure and network amongst young talents via International Assignments.
5. Want to be a chartered accountant in a bank? No problem. We will sponsor your professional certification with ICAEW in our GMAP Plus.
