Job Description

  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
  • Forecast for marketing campaign spend and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Participate in and contribute to content marketing and social media presences
  • Strategise, execute, manage, and optimise PPC, email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, track and analyse performance of established marketing campaigns.
  • Create insightful reports to analyse effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Strategise, create, and manage Google My Business Page front as a part of the marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns.
  • Familiar with the Malaysia market and able to draw on local nuances to design marketing activities.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Up-to-date and enthusiastic about the latest trends and best practices of social media platforms and content
  • Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas that complements different channels to achieve the best results possible for clients' marketing campaigns.
  • Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. 
  • Knowledge to navigate around Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (Preferably)
