Job Description

• Assist in the procurement and appointment of consultants, contractors, and project-related service providers, including tendering, evaluation, recommendation for award, and contract preparation.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating consultant fee submissions, additional fee claims, contractor claims, variation orders and other contractual matters.
• Coordinate with external QS consultant, project consultants, contractors, and internal departments on cost, contractual, and commercial issues.
• Monitor project costs, consultant fees, contract commitments, and budget performance.
• Review progress payment recommendations and assist in the settlement of consultant final fees and contractor final accounts.
• Prepare commercial reports, approval papers, and provide support on contractual and cost-related matters.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, approvals, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Standard of Procedures.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (both written and spoken).
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Computer literate with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are an advantage
