Job Description

• Draft, review, and manage various commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, sales, cooperation, engineering contracts);
• Support land transaction matters, including due diligence, negotiation, and title-related procedures;
• Liaise with external law firms on litigation, arbitration, and special legal projects;
• Communicate with local government authorities to handle approvals, filings, and compliance matters;
• Oversee daily corporate compliance tasks, including policy updates, compliance training, and risk assessments;
• Perform other legal duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law; passing the legal professional qualification exam is a plus;
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal department or law firm; experience in land, real estate, or infrastructure sectors preferred;
• Familiar with contract law, land administration law, and relevant administrative regulations;
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and logical thinking;
• Ability to independently coordinate with external counsel and government authorities;
• Working proficiency in both Chinese and English (drafting and reviewing English contracts required);
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong team spirit.
